What Makes Cultivating Leadership Different? Cultivating Leadership is a product of Todd Conkright Consulting and brings together years of practical application and a solid foundation of leadership and organization theory from the realms of psychology, sociology, political science, and other disciplines to set leaders up for success.

 

Cohort Model: We strongly believe that it is important to bring people together from different industries and backgrounds because there is much shared learning that can happen through this diverse approach. While in-house cohorts are welcome, we like to see cross-functional groups interacting and providing one another new ways of seeing.

 

Monthly Format: Cohorts meeting once/month for a full day, and for 90 minutes monthly with their coaching group. The group will rotate through hosting the full day session at their workplace or at a neutral location.  The Emerging Leaders Track meets twice/month for three months.

 

How Often do Cohorts Start? Typically cohorts launch twice/year. Generally speaking, each track follows the schedule below:

 

Executive Track (6 months, monthly):

·   September – February

·   March - August

 

Mid-Level Track (9 months, monthly):

·   August – April

·   October - June

 

Emerging Track (3 months, twice monthly):

·   January – March

·   September – November

 

 

What is the Cost of Cultivating Leadership? Cohort pricing for each of the programs is below. Scholarships and group pricing are also available. Please reach out if you have questions.


What If I Have to Miss a Session? Attendance is important, because you’re learning new content, building on ideas, and working with a group of other leaders who are relying on your input. We understand that sometimes work or life requires someone to miss a session, but we expect them to get with the leader and with their small group to catch up on what they missed and make up any missed contributions.

 

Peer Accountability and Support: Participants form peer-to-peer coaching groups where they can discuss application of the monthly topics as well as current issues in their organization.

 

In-House Custom Cohort: With minimum groups of at least 10 participants, this series can be customized for your organization to allow for focus on specific challenges and cultural priorities.
